What are the shipping options and costs?
We offer a variety of shipping options, including standard/economy and express delivery in most countries. Shipping costs are calculated based on location and weight and will be displayed at checkout. Update your cart to your shipping country to view exact delivery times and costs.
When will my order arrive?
Estimated delivery times depend on your selected shipping method and destination. We will provide an estimated delivery date at checkout, and you can track your order using the tracking information sent to your email.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 business days in the UK. For international orders, we aim to dispatch within 5-7 business days.
What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us with your order details and a photo of the damaged product. We'll work to resolve the issue quickly and we will arrange for a replacement order. This applies as long as the damage or defects were not caused by you or the courier.
What if my order is lost in transit?
If you haven’t received your order, please contact us at fellowship@rsa.org.uk within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will send you a replacement order.
How will I know if my return has been refunded?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware, it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, please contact us at fellowship@rsa.org.uk
Can I return an item?
You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start the returns process, please contact us at fellowship@rsa.org.uk . If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your item back. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. Please note we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. The quickest way to do this is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, we will notify you so you can make a separate purchase for the new item online.
Is the RSA Shop environmentally friendly?
The RSA is committed to sustainability. Our products are ethically sourced, with high-quality eco-friendly materials whenever possible, and printed on demand to reduce waste. All our products are manufactured close to the end destination, which significantly reduces emissions, waste and costs.
How can I check the status of my order?
You can track your order by using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Can I cancel my order after it's placed?
Please contact us at fellowship@rsa.org.uk within 24 hours of placing your order if you wish to cancel it. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it, and you will still be charged.
Why am I being charged multiple delivery costs for one order?
As we offer a print-on-demand service, the order can be split into multiple orders linked to the same original order number, meaning the items will be printed in different print houses.
The reason for doing this is to ensure that we can offer you a wide array of products, from a range of local and regional suppliers, with the best quality result. The shipping price is calculated separately for each part of the split order with the same rules and logic that we use for all orders.
The benefits of split orders are:
- Faster Delivery: Splitting orders allows us to optimise for the fastest production and shipping routes, ensuring timely delivery to you.
- Accurate Taxes: Printing and shipping from locations closer to you allows for accurate tax calculations based on regional regulations.
- Less emissions: Printing and shipping from locations closer to you allows for less emissions, as we are using local suppliers nearest to you.

Will I get my products before Christmas?
If you are ordering a gift before Christmas, please note that it must be placed by the earliest deadline listed for your chosen category. In the UK, for your order to be received before 24 December, please make sure to complete the order by 16 December.
Are the products sustainable?
Where possible, the materials used in production are durable, high quality and responsibly sourced. All printed paper products like our calendar and greeting cards are made from wood from sustainably managed forests. Our tote bags are also made from 100% organic cotton.
