Returns Policy
1. Quality Guarantee
We want you to be satisfied with the quality of the products you order through the RSA Gift Shop. If you are not satisfied with the quality of a product, please get in touch with us via email within 14 days of receiving the item. We will do everything we can to investigate and find a solution to your query.
If the quality assurance team validates your claim, we will be happy to send a complimentary replacement order as quickly as possible. If a replacement order is not feasible, or you can't wait for a new order to arrive, please indicate that when you reach out to us, and we can process a refund for you (see 2.0 refund policy).
1.1 Colour Consistency
We use print-on-demand suppliers who work hard to minimise colour variations. However, printing is a chemical process, and 100% consistency cannot be achieved. Multiple factors influence the colour, consistency, and result, including:
- Machine type
- Machine settings
- Paper types
- Humidity in the room
- When the machine was last cleaned
Colour variations that may occur due to the above-mentioned reasons lie within acceptable tolerance levels and are not covered under our refund policy.
1.2 Defective or Damaged Products
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged order, not caused by the courier or yourself, we will arrange for a replacement order. This includes:
- Damage to the delivered products
- Errors in the number or quantity of the delivered product
- Lack of quality of the delivered product – faulty item
2. Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2.1 Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
2.2 Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods or custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
2.3 Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
2.4 European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2.5 Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at fellowship@rsa.org.uk.
2.6 Refunds for Cancellations
Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed by our standard refund policy. See 2.5.
2.7 Returned to Sender
For orders returned to the sender, please place a new order (no later than 30 days from the estimated delivery date) and get in touch at fellowship@rsa.org.uk. We can report the problem and arrange for the product cost to be refunded for the new order. This way, you will only pay again for shipping. Refunds may take up to 7-14 days to process.
Orders may be returned to the sender for the following reasons:
Wrong Address: If you provided an address considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned and disposed of safely. Should you want to submit a new order with an updated address, you will be liable for the new shipping costs.
Rejected by the Recipient: If you reject the shipment during the delivery, the shipment will be returned and disposed of. Should you want to submit a new order with an updated address, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.
Unclaimed: If you are unable to receive your order at the given address, the shipments may be available for pick up at their local post office or carrier pick-up point. Shipments that go unclaimed may be returned to the sender. For these cases, please place a new order and contact us so we can report the problem and arrange for the product cost to be refunded for the new order (you will still have to pay for shipping costs).
3. Lost Orders
RSA Gift Shop is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
For packages lost in transit, please contact us at fellowship@rsa.org.uk within 30 days from the estimated delivery date. We'll be happy to send a replacement order on your behalf.
4. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at fellowship@rsa.org.uk within 24 hours of placing the order. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we will be unable to cancel it, and you will still be charged.
